Of inter-relationships exchanged with the guest countries of this event. The organizers in fact aim to propose:

1.The possibility of inviting prestigious names in the world of culture, science, politics, performances and sport from all the five represented continents to Teramo;

2.The possibility of exchanges between both foreign and local cultural groups, especially in view of the aims of the event to promote reciprocal hospitality;

3.The possibility of the widest involvement by the schools of Teramo though a series of studies, research, courses and exchanges with foreign education institutes;

4.The possibility of organizing tours in the guest countries;

5.The possibility of operating interesting cooperative channels of a cultural, tourist, commercial and sporting nature to the advantage of the local operators.
