Teramo

Teramo, the ancient Pretuzio piceno and Roman, is located about 20 Km. from the sea at Giulianova and under 40 Km. from the famous Gran Sasso of Italy.
The town is set on an extensive plateau (265 m. a.s.l.) between the Tordino and Vezzosa rivers (accounting for the ancient name of “Interamnia”).

Teramo can be reached:
- By air from Rome ( Fiumicino airport is Km. 170 away)
- By air from Pescara (airport is at a distance of 60 Km);
- By train (to Giulianova);
- By car ( Adriatic motorway and by taking the motorway
  from Rome)
